Stmicroelectronics Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 1 in Knowledge Park Iii. This part of the area is a bit more spread out than the city center, which is nice for the daily commute. We have plenty of space around the building, and it’s usually quite peaceful in the mornings before everyone arrives. Plot No. 1 is easy to find if you follow the main signs into the park. We spend a lot of our time here at our stations. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets quite warm outside. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat our lunch. It isn't a place with a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid building where we do our daily tasks. Knowledge Park Iii has changed a lot over the years with more buildings coming up, but we’ve stayed right here. Most of us have our own little routines, like who makes the first pot of tea or who checks the mail. The windows look out onto the other plots, and sometimes you see people walking during their breaks. It’s a quiet environment, which helps when we need to focus on things. We don't really have a lot of fancy furniture, just the standard stuff that works. It feels like a second home because of how much time we spend here. It's just a simple, practical workplace for all of us.
