Our place is over at Plot No.199 in Udyog Kendra-1, which is part of Ecotech 3 in Greater Noida. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. Gautam Budh Nagar has grown a lot, and we’ve been part of that landscape for some time now. At Ajm Azure Industries Llp., we don't really go for anything flashy. The building is just a standard industrial unit where we get our daily work done. Usually, the mornings start early with getting the power on and checking what needs to be shipped out or finished. It’s a lot of manual work and making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the day fixing our own gear before we can even start on the customer stuff. That’s just part of life in a workshop. We have a small area for paperwork, but mostly we are out on the floor. The dust from the road outside gets in sometimes, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team telling people what to think of us. People usually hear about us from someone else in the area. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just want to finish the day’s tasks and get home to our families. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it in Noida without too much fuss.
