You can find us in Darya Ganj at 3575/12 on Netaji Subhash Marg. This is a very old and crowded part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and energy right outside our door. We’ve been operating from this spot for years, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well. We handle all sorts of service requests. On any given day, we might be out fixing an appliance or helping someone with a technical issue at their home. Our tool bags are pretty worn out because they go everywhere with us. We don’t have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. When you walk in, you’ll mostly see a desk, some old chairs, and a few parts waiting to be picked up. The streets here are so narrow that we usually have to walk or take a rickshaw to get to our clients nearby. It’s a busy life, and the phone rings more often than we can sometimes manage. We don't use any slick marketing or have people in suits. We are just regular people who know how to fix things and like working in the heart of Darya Ganj. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain floods the street, but we just keep going. It’s a practical business and we like the fact that people in the neighborhood know they can just drop by.
