Aqua Solution Services

Our office for Aqua Solution Services is at A-144 in Beta 1, Greater Noida. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the industrial sectors. We use the ground floor for our operations. There are stacks of water filters and plastic tubing in the corner of the main room. It is not a retail shop where people come to browse. Usually, the phone rings and one of us grabs a bag of tools and heads out on a motorbike. Greater Noida is spread out, so we spend a lot of time on the road. The office is a bit cramped because we keep so many spare parts in stock. We have an old computer that takes forever to start up, but it holds all our customer lists. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We started this because we lived in Beta 1 and realized everyone needed help with their water systems. It’s a small team, just four of us who know how to fix things. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy brochures. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about us. It is a steady way to run a business. We just try to stay honest and show up when we say we will.
