Prayag Securities Service

We run Prayag Securities Service from the ground floor of House Number 32 in the Millenium Village Housing Society. This is located in Alpha-I, Greater Noida. Our office is pretty basic, just a ground-floor room where we handle the schedules and talk to our staff throughout the day. It’s right inside the housing society, so we’re always close to what’s happening and can see things for ourselves. We spend most of our time making sure the rosters are set and that everyone shows up for their shifts on time. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking in on people to make sure they are okay. We don't have any corporate training rooms or fancy equipment. We just focus on the people we hire and making sure they know where they need to be. Being in Greater Noida, there are always new buildings going up, but we stay focused on our current tasks and the people we already serve. Sometimes we sit out front and talk to the residents as they go by. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big sales team out looking for new contracts. Most people just find us because we’re already here in the society. It’s just a practical business focused on keeping things orderly. There’s always some paperwork to do or a new uniform to hand out, but it’s all part of the daily routine here in Millenium Village.
