Over in the Surajpur Industrial Area, specifically at D 18/2, things at Macroplast Pvt Ltd tend to move at a very specific pace. It is a part of Gautam Budh Nagar where you hear the hum of machinery from every building, and our place is no different. The floor is concrete and can get pretty cold in the winter, but once the machines start running, it warms up fast enough. We deal with a lot of raw materials that come in through the main gate, and then it is all about processing and making sure the dimensions are right. It is not a quiet environment by any means. There is the constant sound of stuff being moved around and the rhythmic thud of the equipment doing its job. We have a small office area where the paperwork gets sorted, but most of us prefer being out where the actual work is happening. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite bright near the loading docks. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though by the end of a long shift, things usually look a bit messy. It is just the way industrial work goes. We have been at this location for some time now, and we are used to the routine of the industrial area, the trucks coming in, and the shift changes that happen like clockwork. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
