This facility is at Plot Number 51 on the Surajpur Kasna Road, right near Udyog Vihar. It’s a big site. When you work here, you really get a sense of how much goes into making electronics. Every morning, the gates are busy with people coming in for their shifts. We have different sections for different things, but it’s all centered around the gadgets and appliances that end up in people's homes. It’s a lot of assembly lines and testing stations. You see parts moving along belts and technicians checking screens all day. It’s very organized because it has to be when you’re dealing with so many components. Even though it’s a big name, the daily grind is pretty grounded. We worry about things like the lunch canteen quality or the commute on Kasna Road. The area around Udyog Vihar has grown a lot, so there is always construction or something happening nearby. We spend our hours making sure the production runs are smooth and that nothing gets stuck. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it's important. At the end of the shift, seeing the trucks loaded with boxes heading out the gate is the main goal. It's a massive operation, but when you're inside, you just focus on your own station and the people working right next to you. It feels like a small city sometimes within these walls, busy and loud through the day.
