Ecotech-3 is a bit far out, but it’s where all the space is. Our building at Plot No. 25 in the Mup-2 section is pretty standard for this area. Cobo Wesco Auto Technologies is where we put together parts for cars and trucks. It’s a lot of assembly work and checking specs on computer screens. The roads out here are wide, but they get really dusty when the wind picks up. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but when you’re busy, parts end up everywhere. We have a break room where the microwave is always making a noise and someone is always heating up lunch. It’s a bit of a commute for most of us, so we make the most of the time we have here. The tech we use is complicated, but we try to keep the way we work simple. We focus on the task at hand, whether it's a sensor or a lighting component. You get used to the rhythm of the machines and the sound of the plastic being molded. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it’s a solid place to work. We have our fair share of bad days when things break down or the air conditioning struggles with the Greater Noida heat, but we get through it. We’re just a team of people trying to make parts that actually work and get delivered to the clients on time.
