Our place is located on Theing Road in Phillaur. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Punjab. We’ve been making food products here for a long time, and the factory has grown quite a bit from its early days. If you walk past on a day when the ovens are going, the whole road smells like baking. It’s a large operation now, but many of us still remember when it was much smaller. We have a lot of people from Phillaur and the nearby villages working in the shifts. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in with ingredients and leaving with finished goods all day and night. We don’t really use corporate speak around here. The focus is always on the machines and the products coming off the line. We have meetings, sure, but they’re usually about practical things like logistics or maintenance. Theing Road can get dusty, but the factory is kept as clean as possible because that’s just how food businesses have to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the biscuits and breads are made right. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so it feels like a big community. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every single day.
