Mrs Bector'S Food Specialities Ltd

Our place is situated on Thieng Road in Phillaur. It is a bit of a long drive if you are not from around this area. Mrs Bector'S Food Specialities Ltd started out much smaller than it is today. We make a lot of different food products in this facility. The factory floor is almost always busy with people. You can usually smell whatever is being baked or processed from the moment you hit the main gate. It involves a lot of hard work. The workers here come in different shifts to keep things moving. We have several people who have been with the company since they were quite young. It is not a fancy office job at all. It is about being on your feet and making sure the quality of the food is okay. We have trucks coming in and going out at all hours. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains heavily. We do not have a big corporate headquarters in a city; we stay right here where the actual work happens. The machinery can be quite loud, so you often have to raise your voice to talk to someone. We do not use big, complicated words to describe what we do here. We just make food and send it out to where it needs to go. There is a small office near the entrance where all the paperwork gets handled by the staff. It is usually covered in stacks of delivery notes. We do not really do the whole social media thing.
