We handle a mix of things, mostly related to development and land management. It’s a lot of driving back and forth to different plots across the region. The sun gets pretty hot here in Uttar Pradesh, so we try to get the outdoor work done early in the morning before it becomes unbearable. Our office in the Sahara Estate is pretty quiet most of the time, except when we’re arguing about a delivery that didn't show up. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit around the table and figure out who is doing what for the week. It’s a practical way to run a business. Some days are better than others, of course. When a project wraps up, we feel good about it, but then there's always the next one waiting. We’ve been in this community long enough to know how things work around here. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at night.
