We spend most of our time here at the office near Raj Theater. The Sumer Sagar area gets busy, especially on weekends when movies are playing. Being in Karori Mal Ka Hata is convenient for us because the locals know the spot well. Most days involve looking at site plans and talking to contractors about ongoing work. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. Some people think property development is fancy, but it's mostly just tracking progress and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. We’ve been at this for a while now. The office isn't anything special, just desks and chairs and maps on the wall. We try to keep things organized but sometimes files pile up. It’s just how it goes in this business. We deal with land and building stuff every single day. The traffic outside can get loud, but we are used to it by now. It feels good to be part of the community here. Most of our staff lives nearby so we don't have long commutes. We just get the work done and go home. There isn't much to say beyond that. We keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a short break, then it is back to the files again. We just keep moving and dealing with the builders.
