We are located in Ward No-32 in the village of Baluganj Barandi. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower here than in the big cities like Ghaziabad. Our institute is just a basic building where we have some space for teaching. We focus on education technology, but our actual office is very simple. We have a few computers and some printed manuals on the shelf. The village is quiet most of the time, except for the birds and the occasional tractor going by the window. We started this because we wanted something local for the people in Baluganj. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road. The building has thick walls so it stays cool even when it's hot outside. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy logos on the walls. It’s just us and the students. Sometimes we have to deal with slow internet because of the location, but we manage. We just make do with what we have. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby houses. We know everyone’s name and their parents. It’s a very small operation. We spend our days teaching and then we close up and go home. There isn't any big mystery to what we do. We just provide a space for learning in Ward 32. It’s an honest way to spend the day for us.
