Out in Ranibagh, specifically at Sharik Khan’s place in Bharvaliya Khurd, is where Spaciful Infra Ventures operates. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city buzz, which actually makes it easier to focus on the infra work we do. Being the son of Sri Sharef Khan, Sharik has been around this area for a long time and everyone knows the family name. The office is really just a simple setup where we handle all the logistics for our projects. We spend a lot of time talking to local workers and looking at blueprints on the table. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but that’s just part of living in this part of the country. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just find us through word of mouth because we’ve been here for a while and have built a reputation. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on construction sites to make sure things are going okay and staying on schedule. Sometimes we spend the whole day just driving between different spots to see the progress. It’s quiet out here compared to the big cities, and we prefer it that way. There is plenty of space to breathe and think about the next steps. The work is mostly about making sure things get built properly without too much fuss or unnecessary complications. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather while we work through the day.
