Sai Vaishnavi Agro Seeds Private Limited

Our place is located in Village Karamdevabujurg, which is under the Khajni Tehsil in Gorakhpur. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from around these parts. We are based at Nirmala Devi’s place. We mostly deal with seeds, which is why we have Sai Vaishnavi Agro Seeds in our name. Gorakhpur is a big district and there are lots of people farming here, so seeds are always a big topic of conversation. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s just a regular village house where we keep the records and meet up. The pin code is 273211. We spend our days talking to people about what they’re planting and how the last batch of seeds did. It’s not a high-tech operation. We rely a lot on what we’ve learned over the years and what the elders in the village tell us. Sometimes the paperwork for the private limited side of things is a bit much, but Nirmala Devi helps keep it all straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest seed company in India. We just want to provide something reliable for the people in Khajni and the nearby villages. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and making sure everyone is happy. That’s just how we do things here in Karamdevabujurg. It isn't always perfect, but we keep at it because people depend on these seeds for their livelihood.
