We are located in the Daudpur area of Gorakhpur. This city is where we live and where we have built our business. We are developers, but we keep things very local. We don't have a massive headquarters or anything like that. Our office in Daudpur is just a practical space where we get our work organized. The team here is small. We don't like a lot of bureaucracy. If something needs to be decided, we just talk it out and decide. It makes things move faster. We have worked on various plots and buildings around this part of Gorakhpur. Some were easy and some gave us a lot of trouble, but that is just the nature of the development business. We don't believe in using big slogans to get attention. We just do the work and let people see it for themselves. Sometimes getting the right materials at the right price is a struggle, but we have been around long enough to have good contacts.
