We are based over at D64/68A in Sheopurwa. It’s a quiet enough spot most days until we start the fryers and the packing lines. Being in the snack business means there is always something crunching or popping in the background. We have a small crew here. Some of us have been friends for years, others just joined. We make different kinds of snacks that people like to munch on during tea time. The address is easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. It’s not a big corporate park, just a regular building where we do our thing. Some days are faster than others, especially when a big order comes in and we all have to jump on the packing table. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just show up, make the snacks, and make sure they get into the packets properly. Sometimes we try out a new flavor and it’s too spicy, so we have to go back and fix the recipe. It's a lot of trial and error in the kitchen area. The floors stay clean because we are picky about that, but the air always smells like savory dough. We just want to keep the local shops stocked up. It's what we do every day since we started this little company in Sheopurwa. The work is steady and it keeps everyone busy from morning until we lock up for the night.
