OUR GOLDENFUTURE CITY LIMITED

Most of our work at Our Goldenfuture City happens at 627, Bichhiya Jungal, specifically in Tulsiram Chauhan Tola, Ward No. 22, Shivpur, Gorakhpur. It’s a bit of a long address, but it’s easy to find once you get into the Shivpur area. We focus on city development and land work around this part of Gorakhpur. The office is a basic setup where we keep all our records and meet with people from the neighborhood. There is a lot of green space around here, being near the jungle area, which makes for a nice work environment. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals about their land and what the future of the ward looks like. Things move at a different pace here than they do in the big cities like Delhi or Lucknow. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face and try to figure things out. Most days are spent either in the office or walking around the different plots in the area to see how things are coming along. The weather can be a bit extreme sometimes, with heavy rains in the monsoon, but we just work around it and keep going. It’s a very grounded kind of work where you see the results of what you do right in front of you every day. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we plan on staying here for a long time to come.
