We’ve been based out of Azad Nagar in Chillawan for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly locals passing through. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a place where we get the work done and talk to people who stop by. Being Nwfuture India Developer Private Limited means we deal with a lot of paperwork and planning every single day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but you get used to it. We keep our files organized on old wooden desks and drink way too much tea during the afternoons. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about land or building things. It’s not a fancy setup. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Most of our time is spent looking at maps or talking to contractors over the phone. Chillawan has changed a bit over the years, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. Just a few chairs for whoever walks in. It’s a practical way to run things. We handle the local stuff and try to stay on top of the regulations which seem to change whenever they feel like it. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. That’s just how it goes when you’re working in development. We keep it simple and don't try to be something we aren't.
