Nexa City Developers is based out of Vastu Vihar, right on Bijauli Road. Specifically, you can find us at Jayanti 19. The office is located at Manoj Kumar’s place, he is the son of the late Ramjanam Prasad. This part of Bijauli Road is definitely growing lately, but we still try to keep our business very grounded and simple. We do development work, which means a lot of our time is spent out on construction sites or talking to different contractors. It is definitely not a clean job. There is always a lot of dust and noise around, but that is how you know things are actually getting built. We do not have a fleet of fancy cars to drive around in. We usually just use whatever vehicle is available to get us to the site on time. Our team is small, and we all know each other pretty well. We do not sit around having meetings about vision or innovation. We just talk about how many bricks we need for the week or when the next load of cement is supposed to arrive. Living and working in Vastu Vihar means we see our clients at the market or just walking on the street. That keeps us honest because you cannot hide a bad job in a neighborhood like this. We take a lot of pride in just getting the walls up and the roofs on correctly.
