Libra Cards

Libra Cards is situated at Shop No 21 in the Industrial Area of Sector 7 in Gida. It’s a busy part of Gida Gorakhpur, right near the Kalighat Kali Temple. Being in an industrial area means there is a lot of noise and trucks moving around all the time. Our shop is where we do all the card printing, mostly for weddings and local functions. The smell of ink is pretty strong when you walk in. We have various samples of cards stacked up on the shelves, some with gold foil and others just plain. The temple nearby brings in a lot of people on certain days, so the road gets crowded. We’ve been in this sector for a bit now, and it’s a good spot for this kind of work. The shop itself is just a standard size, with the printing machines taking up most of the back room. We spend a lot of time fixing the paper feeders and making sure the alignment is right. Gorakhpur weather can be tough on the machines, especially the humidity, so we have to keep things covered. It’s a straightforward business. People come in, look at the books of samples, and we figure out the text together. It’s not a fancy design studio, just a place in the industrial zone where we get the cards printed and packed for the families in the city.
