Down at Bhopa Bazaar Chori Chauraha in Gorakhpur, you’ll find our little spot, Jai Maa Tarkulhi Juice Corner. We’re right there at the crossroads, which is a busy place to be. It’s mostly people passing through the market who stop by for a drink. We keep things very simple here. It’s not a big restaurant with a menu of a hundred items. We focus on our juices and making sure we have enough fruit for the day. Being in Gorakhpur, especially in a market like Bhopa Bazaar, means there’s always a lot of noise and people moving around. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our shop is small, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once. We don’t have a fancy logo or a big sign. Most folks just know us by the location near the chauraha. We don’t try to act like a big company. We’re just local people serving our neighbors and travelers. Sometimes the fruit isn't as sweet as we'd like or the ice runs low on a hot day, but we do what we can with what we have. It’s a basic life, and we like it that way.
