Growello Farmer Producer Company Limited is located over at 11 Banjariya West in Khalilabad. We operate out of Manjari Rai’s place, which serves as our main base. It’s a pretty simple setup because we spend more time out in the fields than behind a desk. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of our days coordinating with people around the area. Khalilabad isn't the biggest place, but there’s always something happening with the local crops. We started this because it felt right for the folks around here to have a central point. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and notebooks full of dates and numbers. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People usually just find us by asking around Banjariya West. The weather really dictates our schedule. If it’s a heavy monsoon, things slow down and we spend more time inside drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop so we can check the land. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't really use big words or have fancy meetings. Most of our decisions are made while standing on the side of a road or in someone's courtyard. It’s just a group of us trying to get things organized for the better of the local farming scene without any extra fuss.
