We have our office over in Basera Colony, which is in the Mahadev Jharkhandi area of Gorakhpur. It is a quiet enough place for us to work from most of the time. We focus on developing new land and getting it ready so that people can eventually build their homes there. This involves a lot of digging, leveling the ground, and making sure all the boundaries are marked out correctly. We spend a good amount of our time out in the fields at Tukda No 1. It is actually quite satisfying to see a big piece of empty land turn into a place where families can live. We are not a large corporation with hundreds of people working for us. It is just a few of us who know this local area and the land around here very well. We work with the local laborers and try our best to keep everything on schedule, even though the weather in Gorakhpur often has other plans. Sometimes the roads get so muddy that we cannot even get the heavy equipment into the site. We just have to wait for it to dry out. People come by the office when they want to know about available plots or how the development is coming along. We do not promise things we can't actually do. It is just straightforward work for our local community here.
