We are located out in Village Ranipur, right on the Basgaon Road. It is a bit of a drive from the main Gorakhpur city area but we like the quiet out here. Our work is real estate and development. The office is situated past the Kauriram post office. It is a calm spot, mostly surrounded by fields and local houses. We spend a lot of our time looking at different pieces of land and figuring out where new things can be built. It is not exactly a fast business. Things take a lot of time with the paperwork and the actual ground work. We have a small team here. Most of us grew up around this area so we know the roads and the people pretty well. We call ourselves Goldindia Real Estate and Green City Developer, which sounds like a lot, but really we are just a few people in a small office. We deal with plots and various local building projects. Sometimes the roads get really muddy after the rain, which makes getting out to the sites a bit of a struggle. We just take it day by day. People often stop by to ask about land prices or where the new road projects are going to be. We tell them whatever we know at the time. It is a simple life here in Ranipur. We do not have any flashy signs or big ads. Just the daily work.
