Earth Heaven Infra Developers (Opc) Private Limited is located in Gorakhpur. Our office is at 3M in Ashok Nagar, which is in the Basharatpur area. Gorakhpur is a place that’s always growing, so there’s no shortage of work for people in the infra business. We spend a lot of time looking at different plots and trying to figure out how to build things that actually last. Our setup in Ashok Nagar is pretty simple. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to coordinate the different jobs we have going on at any one time. Basharatpur is a busy neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors all come in at once to give their reports. It can get pretty loud with everyone talking over each other. We use a lot of local labor and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible, though there’s always some kind of delay with the weather or the supplies. It’s just the nature of the work. I usually start my day early with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish the work we started and move on to the next one without too many headaches. Sometimes we spend half the day just chasing down the right parts for a machine that broke on a site. It is messy work.
