Arpm Construction Private Limited

Arpm Construction Private Limited is located in the Shahpur area of Gorakhpur, right in Vishnupuram. It is a residential part of town that has seen a lot of growth recently. We work out of a plain building that does not look like much from the street. On the inside, it is a different story, with maps and charts spread out over every flat surface we can find. We have a couple of aging computers for our accounts and some desks that stay cluttered with pens, staplers, and site diaries. Gorakhpur can get very rainy, so we often have wet umbrellas leaning against the door and a bit of a damp smell in the office during the monsoon season. We are a small group of people, and we mostly just focus on finishing the tasks on our daily list. There is a lot of talking back and forth about trucks, laborers, and when the next delivery of sand will arrive. We do not do big meetings or presentations. If there is a problem, we just pull up a chair and figure it out together over a cup of tea. The tea guy comes around every morning, which is the only time we really take a break. It is a simple and hardworking environment. We have been in Vishnupuram for a while now, and the local shopkeepers all recognize us when we walk by.
