It’s a pretty well-known landmark around here. We’ve been doing development work for a while. Mostly, we spend our time looking at plots and figuring out how to get things built. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets bad or the permits take longer than they should. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us trying to keep things moving. We've seen this road change quite a bit since we started. There are more shops now and more traffic too. We keep our operations practical.
