We have been running things from House No.68 in the Daudpur area for a while now. It is right near the BSNL tower, which everyone in the Cantt Thana area knows pretty well. Being based in Gorakhpur means we deal with people from around here every day. AAWAHAN DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is just a group of us working on local building projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy because we are right in the middle of town. We mostly handle the paperwork and the planning side of development from this spot. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we get the work done. People usually find us easily because of the tower nearby. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done in Uttar Pradesh, and we wanted to be part of that. There are plenty of challenges with construction and land, but we just take it one day at a time. If you walk past Mohalla Daudpur, you might see our sign. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. Dealing with local authorities and making sure everything is in order takes up most of our morning. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things right in our own city. It gets hot in the summers here, so we usually start quite early to beat the heat. That is pretty much us.
