We're based in a small place in Goregaon, which is part of Gondia district. Our office is actually part of a house belonging to Milind Ramesh Punje. It’s a very different environment compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Things move a bit slower here. We have a simple setup in Gada No 02. It’s mostly just a few computers and a stable internet connection, which is really all we need. Most of the people around here are involved in farming or local trades, so we’re a bit of an outlier doing tech work. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know their way around software. We usually start our day early before it gets too hot. There’s no formal structure or fancy titles here. We just sit together and work on whatever project is on the table. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we’ve got backups for that. It’s a quiet life in Gondia. We like being close to our families and not having to deal with long commutes. It’s an honest way to make a living. People in the village know us and sometimes drop by for a chat. We aren't doing anything flashy, just steady work in a small corner of Maharashtra. It might not look like much to an outsider, but it's where we get things done. We're satisfied with how we've set things up here.
