Mitravant Agro Producer Company Limited

Our group operates out of the village of Soni in the Gondia district. We use the space at Shri Tilakchand Binaram Punde’s place. It’s right in the heart of our community in Goregaon taluka. Mitravant Agro is really just a bunch of neighbors and farmers coming together. We grew up on these lands, so we know the soil and the weather patterns around here pretty well. It’s a quiet village life mostly. We spend our mornings in the fields and then meet up to talk about the business side of things in the afternoons. Having a local spot in Soni makes it easy for everyone to gather without traveling too far. We handle all sorts of agricultural work, focusing on what our members are growing at the time. It’s not a corporate office with fancy furniture; it’s more like a place where you sit and have tea while talking about crop prices or the next planting cycle. We wanted to make sure the farmers in our area weren't getting the short end of the stick when it comes to selling what they grow. It’s honest work, and we all have a stake in it. Life in Gondia revolves around the seasons, and our company is a part of that rhythm. We don't have a big marketing department, just a group of people who care about their village and their crops. We keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day reality of farming.
