Manisha Chemicals

We are located over in the Sardar Ballbha Bhai Patel Colony, right in the MIDC area. Manisha Chemicals isn't hard to find if you know the industrial zone. It’s a busy place with a lot of heavy vehicles moving in and out all day long. Our unit is basically a large shed where we store the chemicals and do the basic mixing. It gets quite loud when the fans are running, but that’s just part of the environment. The staff here is a small group of folks who have been together for a long time. We don’t really have any big titles or fancy offices. Most of us are usually out on the floor wearing our work boots and getting our hands dirty. The colony around us is mostly other businesses like ours, so we all know each other. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a practical way of working. We make sure the containers are labeled and the floors stay as clean as possible, though chemical work is always a bit messy. We’ve had the same routine for years now. It’s just about showing up, getting the orders filled, and making sure the gates are locked at night. We don’t talk much about industry stuff—we just focus on the drums that need to be filled today.
