Bajaj Chemical Industries

Our office is tucked away at Bajaj Nagar on Fulchur Road in Gondia. If you are writing to us, we still use Post Box No. 16, which is an old way of doing things but it works fine for us. The building has been here for years and it feels like home to most of us who work here. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s more of a traditional industrial space with high ceilings and heavy doors. We deal with chemicals, so we have to be careful with how we store things and keep everything clean. The road outside can get a bit muddy when the monsoon rains hit, but we still manage to get the trucks loaded. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows the industry inside and out. Most of our day is spent checking the batches and making sure the machinery is running like it should. We have some tea breaks under the shade outside when the weather allows. It’s a steady pace of work without too much stress or drama. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just do the work we’ve been doing for years and hope that it’s enough for the people who rely on us. It’s a straightforward life here in Gondia and we wouldn't have it any other way.
