You have to head out to Tah Sadak Arjuni to find us. We’re at House No 128 in Rengepar. It’s a small village, and everyone knows where everyone else lives. Indussamruddhi Agripower Private Limited is the name on our papers, but most people just call us by our names. The office is really just part of the house, so it’s a very informal setup. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. We deal with power and agriculture, trying to find ways to make things run a bit smoother for the local folks. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s life in a rural area. We spend a lot of time out in the fields too, not just sitting behind a desk. It’s important to see what’s actually happening on the ground. My cousin helps me with the books and my brother handles the deliveries. It’s a family-run kind of thing, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on doing a good job so people tell their neighbors about us. It's slow work sometimes, but it feels worthwhile in the end when everything is running right.
