Pratibha Industries Ltd has a location way out in Assam. We are in a village called Kanchachapori, which is under the Badulipara post office. It's in the Golaghat district, pin code 785611. It is a very different setting compared to the offices in the big cities. Out here, it’s a lot greener and much quieter than Mumbai or Pune. We are surrounded by a lot of natural open space and trees. The work we do here is important for the local community and the people living around us. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy meeting rooms with big screens. It's mostly just us doing our jobs in a simple building that serves its purpose. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the heavy rains come during the monsoon season. The roads can get a bit muddy then and travel takes longer. But we are used to it and we keep the place running no matter what. People in the village know us well and stop by occasionally. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look bigger than we actually are. We are just a local branch doing our part in the district.
