Softronics Computers & Services, Mubai is our office name, but we are actually based down in Karnataka. Specifically, we are in the Belgaum district in a place called Gokak. Our workspace is located at Room No. 16 in the B.Q section of the Gokakmills area, which is right by the Gokakfalls. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a computer business since it’s an industrial mill area, but it works for us. The building is quite old and has that solid, aged feel to it. Most of our work involves helping people with their computers and providing various technical services that the locals need. We aren’t a big company with many branches; it is just this one spot in Room 16. Living and working near the falls is quite nice, especially when the weather is good. We don’t have fancy office furniture or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us, some workbenches, and our tools. Most of our customers are folks from the mills or from the nearby town who know where we are. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the B.Q block. It is a quiet way to run a business, and we have been doing it this way for a long time. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
