Deepak Computers Mobile

Our shop, Deepak Computers Mobile, is located right near the Hero Honda showroom in the Bhatdiha area of Godda. It is a well-known spot because of the showroom nearby, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. We have been here in Jharkhand for several years now. The shop is a mix of computers and mobile phones, both for sale and for repair. We keep things pretty simple. There are shelves with accessories and a corner where the repair work happens. It is usually a bit cluttered with cables and spare parts, but we manage. We are not a high-end boutique; it is just a local store for local people. Most of our customers are from the surrounding villages or the town itself. We spend our time fixing software issues or replacing broken mobile screens. Sometimes we sell a new laptop or a second-hand phone if we have one in good condition. We don't do much in terms of marketing, we just open the doors every morning and see who comes in. The weather in Godda can be tough, but we are used to it. We just focus on giving people a straight answer about their tech problems. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for the noise from the road outside. We have a small bench outside where customers sit and talk while waiting. It feels like home to us, surrounded by screens and motherboards every day.
