You can find us at Harpes Heaven Building, specifically in B-Wing, Flat No-304. We are located on Plot No-121 through 124 in Sector-4 of New Panvel. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but that is where Finolex Cables Limited is based. Working out of a residential building in New Panvel gives it a different vibe than a standard office park. We have our office in flat 304, so it is a bit cozy. We deal with all the cable orders and the distribution stuff from here. New Panvel is growing fast, so there is always construction noise somewhere nearby. Our space is mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of product catalogs. We are not trying to impress anyone with a marble lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we manage the business and talk to our customers. Sometimes the lift in Harpes Heaven is slow, so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the tea seller downstairs and the security guard at the gate. It is a regular job in a regular neighborhood. We stay busy with the paperwork and making sure the deliveries are on track. It is not flashy, but it works for us. We have got a good view of the sector from the window, which is nice when things get stressful. It is just us doing our work.
