Personal Computer Laboratory

Out here on Borparamain Road in Bongaigaon, we run what we call the Personal Computer Laboratory. It’s a name that sounds a bit serious, but we’re actually quite relaxed. The road can be busy during the day, so there’s always noise from the traffic passing by. Bongaigaon is our town, and we’ve set up this space to handle all the tech issues that local people run into. The shop itself is mostly a workshop. We have benches lining the walls where we take apart computers to see what’s going wrong inside. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We just have our tools and our experience. Some days the floor is covered in spare parts and cables, but that’s just how we work. It’s a bit of a labor of love, I suppose. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to be fixed. It can be frustrating, but it’s what we do. People from around Borparamain Road know they can just drop in. We don't use fancy talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We just look at the machine and tell them what we can do. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We like the independence of it. Being our own bosses means we can just focus on the machines and the work. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly stubborn, but that's just part of the routine here.
