Glenmark Generics Goa

Our place is out in Tivim, which is part of the Bardez area in Goa. Glenmark Generics has been here for a good while. It is not like the touristy parts of Goa you see on postcards. It is more industrial and hardworking out here. The air is a bit humid, and we are surrounded by greenery and other warehouses. We spend our days inside the facility handling the production side of things. It is a lot of white coats and machinery humming in the background. The roads around Tivim can be a bit bumpy, but it is a quiet place to get work done. We do not have much in the way of a fancy entrance, just the gates and the security check. Most of us live nearby, so there is a real local feel to the crew. We talk about the rain during monsoon and the heat in the summer while we drink our tea. It is a practical environment. We focus on the batches and the quality checks without a lot of talking. It is funny because people think of Goa and think of beaches, but for us, it is just the daily grind in Bardez. We keep the machines running and the floors clean. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. There are not any big signs or advertisements around, just the building where we do our thing every single day. We just keep going until the shift ends.
