We are based in Satara, which is a place that feels much more grounded than the big metros. Our setup here is pretty straightforward. We don’t go in for all the bells and whistles that some companies like to show off. We have a small team of local people who just know how to get the job done. Our daily routine involves checking on the current projects and making sure we are on track with what needs to be finished. The office is a practical space where we can meet and talk about the work without too much fuss. Satara is a good place to be because you can actually get to know people. We aren't just some nameless company; we are part of the local scene here. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough, or things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just figure it out as we go. We don't have a big handbook of corporate rules. We just use common sense and hard work. It’s worked for us so far. Most of our time is spent out on sites or sitting at our desks dealing with the logistics. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here in Satara, doing what we do every day. It’s a simple life and a simple business model that keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
