Shanta Durga Sales & Services

Our shop is located at Shop No. S 3 in the Anandhi Vihar building. We are right across from Gvm College in the Pharma Guddi area of Ponda. Being near a college means there is always a lot of energy and young people walking around. Shanta Durga Sales & Services was started to handle the everyday needs of the people living around here. It’s a straightforward setup. You'll find a front area for customers and a bit of space in the back where we do the actual service work. Ponda can get quite warm, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we work on whatever equipment has been brought in that day. It isn’t a huge operation. Most of the time, it’s just us fixing things or explaining how a certain product works to someone who isn't sure. We get a mix of people, from students at the college to families who have lived in Anandhi Vihar for years. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take or if something is worth fixing at all. There isn’t a lot of polish here. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the desk is cluttered with tools and spare parts. But we know where everything is. We don't spend money on big ads. If we do a decent job, people tell their neighbors, and that’s enough to keep us busy from Monday to Saturday.
