Ifb Industries Limited is situated at Bhargavi Nivas, which is part of the Udayamangalath House in Iyerkulamgara. It’s down in Vaikom, near the Thekkenada Post Office. This part of Kottayam is quite green and the air feels different than the big cities. The building is more like a home than a stiff office. We work in a space that feels lived-in. It’s just a regular door and some rooms where we keep our records and equipment. The floors are easy to clean, and we try to keep the place tidy, but it's a working office, so there’s always some clutter. Dealing with the humidity is just part of the day. We get our work done at a steady pace. No one is rushing around like it's an emergency. We follow the rhythm of the town. People know the Bhargavi Nivas house, so finding us isn't too hard for the locals. We just focus on our specific industrial tasks and try to stay out of the rain during monsoon season. It’s a very practical way to run things. We’ve been here a while and the routine suits us just fine. It’s just a plain office in a nice, quiet Kerala neighborhood.
