Ambe Dal Enterprise

If you ever find yourself near the bus stand in Kapand, you are basically right at our doorstep. Ambe Dal Enterprise is a small operation based in the village at Joshipur. We spend our days processing dal and making sure it is ready for the local markets. It is a very rural setting, and we honestly like it that way. The pace of life here is quite different than what you find in the big cities. We work according to the seasons and what the local farmers are bringing in to us. Our facility is not some high-tech plant; it is a practical space where the machines hum from morning till evening. It gets very dusty, and it is definitely hard physical work, but there is a satisfaction in seeing the final product packed and ready to go out. The bus stand nearby brings a lot of travelers and traders through the area, so we get a lot of random visitors. Some people stop by just to see how the dal is processed. We do not have a marketing department or a polished website to show off. We just rely on the quality of the grain we produce. People know us in Joshipur and all the surrounding villages. We have been here for a while, and we have seen many families grow up around here. We are just glad to be a small part of the local economy, keeping the business running.
