Our setup is a bit different because we are located at House Number 2 in Atarauli Village, which is in Maharajganj, Ghazipur. It’s definitely not your typical tech hub with glass buildings. We operate from a house in the village, which gives the whole business a very local and community-oriented feel. It’s very quiet out here, apart from the usual sounds of the village and the occasional tractor passing by. We’ve got our computers set up in a couple of rooms and we rely heavily on the local power supply. It can be a bit unpredictable at times, so we’ve had to learn how to be resourceful with our backups. The team is mostly made up of people from the nearby areas. We started this (OPC) Private Limited to bring some technical work to our own region instead of moving to a big city. It’s a humble office, just a few rooms with basic furniture and some desks we put together. We don’t have high-speed fiber everywhere yet, but we manage with what is available. People in the village were a bit curious at first about what we were doing with all these screens, but now they’re used to seeing us. We take our breaks outside in the fresh air, which is a nice change from city life. It’s hard work, and we don’t have all the luxuries of a big city firm, but we get our projects done. It’s about being part of the local fabric.
