Our office is in Peernagar, which is a small part of Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh. You can find us near Govind Chad's place. The name Eannadata Welfare And Development India Limited sounds a bit formal, but we are just local folks trying to do some good for the community. We focus on things that help out the people around here, especially when it comes to farming and general welfare. Ghazipur is a place with a lot of history, and we want to make sure the future looks okay for the families living in Peernagar and the surrounding villages. We don't have a fancy building with glass walls or any of that stuff. It’s just a regular room where we sit and talk about what the village needs. Sometimes it’s about better seeds, other times it’s just about helping someone get their paperwork sorted so they can get their work done. We work long hours because there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs a hand. We aren't doing this to get rich; we just live here and want to see things improve for everyone. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people face to face. We don't use much technology besides our phones to stay in touch with each other. It’s just simple, practical work meant to help the people who actually live and work on the land every day. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do.
