We are located at 2B/527 in Vasundhara. It’s a residential area mostly, which makes for a pretty calm place to have an office for Zormation Technologies Llp. Being here in Ghaziabad is good for us because it’s not as chaotic as some of the bigger business hubs. Our space is just a regular room that we’ve converted into a workspace with some desks and a lot of cables running everywhere. There are only a couple of us here most of the time. We started this because we had some skills in the tech field and wanted to see if we could make it work on our own. It’s been a learning process for sure. We don’t have any big corporate policies or fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done each day. Sometimes that means staying late to finish a project, and other times it means taking a long lunch because things are slow. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get to and there are some good places to eat nearby. We’ve had to fix our own computers and set up our own network, so we know this place inside and out. It’s not a big operation, but it’s ours. We’re just trying to do a good job for the people who hire us and keep things moving in the right direction.
