We have been at the Beta Tower for a good while now. It is on the 3rd floor, office 215, right in Sec-3 of Vasundhra. Things get pretty busy here with all the infrastructure projects we handle around the city. We are not some big flashy firm with a lobby full of trophies, just a group of local people trying to get the work done right. Most of our days involve a lot of paperwork and taking phone calls from different sites. It is not always pretty or organized, but we keep at it. Some of us have lived in Ghaziabad forever, so we know how the weather or the traffic messes with construction schedules. When you walk into our office, you might see some dust or stacks of blueprints everywhere. That is just how it is when you are actually working on things. We do not spend much on fancy furniture because we would rather put that money into the equipment and the people on the ground. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. It is decent exercise anyway. We deal with a lot of local regulations and land stuff which just takes time. If you stop by, you will probably find us mid-conversation about a new site or a delivery delay. That is the reality of the infra business in this part of town. We just focus on the task at hand.
