Ybr Constructions Private Limited is based in Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram. We are in Flat No.119, over in Shakti Khand-III. It’s a 201012 address in Ghaziabad. We are a small construction firm. Our office is basically in a residential area, which keeps us close to the people we build for. It is not a formal environment. There are usually drawings spread out over the dining table and the phone is always ringing. We handle all sorts of construction jobs around the city. Ghaziabad can be a tough place to get around because of the traffic, so we spend a lot of time in our cars. We don't have a marketing department or any brochures. If you want to see our work, you have to go look at the buildings we have finished. We are just a few people who have a lot of experience in the trade. We don't use corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just take a look at the site, tell you what is possible, and then we start the work. It is a lot of coordination with contractors and suppliers. Sometimes the supply chain is a mess, but we figure it out. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to keep doing good work in our own neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us. We handle the daily grind so the projects stay on track.
