Yawar Constructions Private Limited

Our main spot is at 41 Char Beesa, right near the Hutch Tower in Dasna, Ghaziabad. If you see the tower, you’re pretty much there. Yawar Constructions Private Limited has been around this area for a while. We do all sorts of construction jobs, from small renovations to bigger structures. Ghaziabad is always growing, so there is no shortage of work, but it can get pretty competitive and dusty out here. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just where we keep the records and meet with the guys before they head out to the sites. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most of us are usually wearing boots and dusty clothes anyway because we're always on-site. We’ve learned over the years that the best way to keep things going is just to show up and do the work. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Word gets around when you do a decent job, and that’s how we’ve kept busy all this time. The traffic in Dasna can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to get an early start to avoid the worst of it. We are just a group of people trying to build things that last. We aren't perfect, and we've had our share of delays and mistakes, but we always try to make it right in the end. That’s just how we operate. It's a living and we enjoy the process of seeing something new go up.
